&lt;div&gt; well alot has happened sense last time i wrote. I am now a great aunt. Thats just another mile stone we all have to cross. atleast i am not a grandma yet!  I have been pretty much keeping the wieght I've lost of except for a couple of lbs thanks to the birthcontrol my dr put me on. I have PCOS and its pose to help with the cyst. I found out losing wieght  helps with the other symptoms of PCOS but really doesn't help with the cyst on the overies and all the pain they cause every month. I also found out I have gallstones. I am waiting to go to the specialist for that to see what he says. I get nausiated after eating. But you know that doesn't stop me from eating. LOL it makes me want to eat more thinking if I do it will help. But I know it wont. so with all this going on and the end of school stuff with the kids. I am never bored. I do need to start exerciseing again I have the stuff at home to do things with. I quit going to the gym because gas is too high and I don't live close to town. &lt;div&gt;I see its been a whil since I have posted. Life has been so busy baseball still going . I got sick and been doing test I apparently had a kidney stone that really sucked! lol They did find a cyst on my ovary so IM taking it easy till he tells me what im gonna do about it. As for weight I havent gained any . During the week I go up a pound and down so pretty much still the same. &lt;div&gt; Well last Thursday was weigh in day and I lost another pound. so that brings me to have lost 20.5 lbs. And yes my easter chocolate is gone. (Thank God) Now if I can just keep busy. I also need to go to the gym a little more. It is just so hard now because of gas prices. we live in the country so it takes about 15 mins just to get to town. Tha gym takes about 10. But i have a gas gusseler so just a trip to town and back uses alomst 2 gallons of gas. that means each trip cost me (right now) $7 a trip. &lt;div&gt;Ok its another monday i am going to the gym in a little bit. I am going to start going 3x a week now. I did weigh 250.2 this morning  so thats good ,but I still need to be building muscle to burn more calories and to keep burning. If you haven't googled metablism and strength training you need too. I learned alot of helpful stuff when I did that. I can't wait to see how much I lose by our class reunion in july. It is kinda hard to estimate with the way that I am eating now. (and o yeah I am still working on that easter candy. It's almost gone now so that wont be there calling my name.But I've not done too bad I am still losing the weight.) I am still looking to get under that 250 mark. &lt;div&gt; YEAhh!!!!!!! ALI!!!!!!! I am so glad a woman won! I proves we can do it. She looks so good. All of them look Good. I can't wait until I look like that. Sense I have been eating what I want and stopping when I am start getting full I don't think about food as much as I use too. It is great. I can't go back to the way I was eating. I don't like the overfull feeling I get when I eat too much. I am eating slower and chewing my food slower . You know some foods I use to  love to eat, I don't like the way they taste when I have to chew them very long.  And if i am eating something that does not taste very good, well I don't eat it because I would rather get full on something I enjoy rather than something thats ok. Like yesterday we went to Chili's and we had chips, salsa and caso. I ate a few chips but I did not eat alot cause I knew I would not be able to eat the meal when it came. It has been a month sense I have been eating like this and it gets easier and easier to do. Before I had hopes to reach my goal but now I have no doubt that I will. My way of eating has changed and the way I think of food. When I think of that stuffed feeling it makes me sick. I just can't do it any more. If i still have food on my plate I know I can take it home or if I am at home I know I can eat it later. It will still be there for me to enjoy. yes a year from now I will be one of those skinny people who can eat what every they want and eat all day long and not get fat. The thing is yes they eat what they want but they don't over eat. I am still going to the gym to workout. I will always need to build muscle. I know muscle burns  caleries even while you sleep.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I am not going to worry about building too much muscle or that muscle weighs more than fat. I have come to the conclusion that I am a long way from being a body builder. SO WHAT muscle weighs more than fat. I would rather look lean and fit and weigh more and burn more caleries than be flabby and bigger all so I can weigh less. She looks so great.  The show was awesome. I do think that even know I wasnt to happy about the picks for mpm that they should have made a bigger deal of the people who went. Congrats to the winner IM glad it was you who won. ON a differnt note YOu know it is amazing how many people email and still look at our site even when the thing is over. If I got unmotivated the show tonight and just seeing how many people take time to see how we are and how were doing is so inspirational. We get emails asking if we have advice and how we are losing etc its really cool . I have had a good week I did weigh at the gym this morning 258 I was really excited to see that under 260 mark seems like i been there forever!! So now I need to get to put that scale on 200  thats gonna be so great. I still havent gotten to work out and go to topps but baseball season has been so busy but at least im losing still thank god! I dont wanna ever see that weight again! My biggest was in NOvember i was 280 and enough is enough so im so glad to see it in the 250s. I even went to lunch a couple weeks ago with my kids and a girl there said I was Taylors Aunt I said no im her mom she said you really look differnt I said I hope in a good way she said yesss. REally hits home crazy to hear that from a kid; I never want to go back there again and I wont. I want my kids to be proud of there mom! I did lose down to 258.7 which is easter weight lost and a pound so so far so good. Not much working out yet gas is so high! &lt;div&gt;Well it's Friday again and tomorrow I have a baby shower to do. I can't wait. I went to weigh in last night. I only have 4.5 lbs to lose to break the 250 mark. I have not been under 250 in 11 years. I was kinda emotional about it on my way to the weigh in last night. i mean a big cry baby. I did not realize how it would effect me. I am going to try hard this week to only eat when I am hungry, eat slow and stop when I am full. Thats what I have been doing sense my root canal. and it has worked preety good. I had decieded to eat like my niece (who is skinny) and thats how she does it. Yes she eats all day long but she only eats a little at a time. Its all the same things they have been trying to tell us for years. I could have lost more than I have now but I had bought some 75% off easter candy (lots of it, like 36lbs of it) and yes I still eat too much of it but not as much as I would have monthes ago. i eat about 10 pcs a day.I need to cut that to about 3. If i would have thought to read the calarie content I probably would only eat 3 a day. but you know wnat it is all in determination and motiveation. so for now on I am only going to only eat 3 a day. that is my limit.!!! As for me life is still crazy here it seems when I started this my house has went neglected :( I am trying to get it painted and stuff before it gets too hot. Then I will have to start working out again. I havent done bad though. Seems when im at home and busy I still lose. Even with pms week I lost according to my scale 2 pounds. I havent been able to attend our weight loss meetings this month because my kids have had games on Thursday night. So when I get back there I will know exactly what I have lost. I did get on the scale and did not gain anything. I had gained during Easter and did lose it. I have been busy I pressure washed my house today so I did not just sit and do nothing. I actually dont eat alot at home so I dont gain alot. HOpefully when I get things caught up I can get back to exerciing again. I went Friday with michelle but just couldnt get motivate4d. I think it has alot with the time of the month ! We have to get moving cause like I said we have a reunion in July it will be here before we know it. There was a couple of people that left messages and I want to tell ya that really helped me get motivated I really needed it. I came to far to go back now. That is not an option. &lt;div&gt;I did alot of yard work today. I mowed by the way is a real workout cause I don't have one of those perfet yards where everything is smooth and nice grass my yard is half weeds and half grass and not smooth! My whole family was workin. we cut down trees, stacked BBQ wood, made burn piles with the rest of the tree leems(sp)(brain freeze). We worked all afternoon. You know what I have noticed. I have been getting stiff when I have been sitting and I didnot have that problem while we were exercising all the time. Guess I will have to hit the Gym tomorrow. I have not gained any weight. I have stayed the same.But this week is a new week and I will do my best!!! &lt;div&gt;well I went to aerobics yesterday and then to the gym. Man am I sore today. I can feel every muscle I worked on at the gym. I bought this book at the library sat. it is about working out and it talks about going slow on your reps i am here to tell you it works. I have not been this sore sense we first started. I can tell you exactly which one I worked on. Useally I don't remember what all I did. Thank God I get to rest them today. I signed my husband up for the gym yesterday. I am surprised he is wanting to go. He even took him a gym bag with shorts and tennis shoes. &lt;div&gt;Ok is  it a full moon or what. I tell you the last 3 weeks have been hard for me It just seems so busy and hectic. I havent worked out , Easter as you know was very hard and I gained 4 pounds!!!!! Oh that was just to hard to lose to let that come on again. I havent gotten to talk to michelle much I do know shes doing better than me. Baseball has started and with 2 kids in it always on the run ere and there . My hardest I think is just making myself cook etc. Its so hard not to just pick up a  pizza or get a burger when your so busy. Sometimes its 9 pm before we get home. I did tell Michelle today tHat I would be getting back to working out Monday. I did not use the gym 1 time the whole month of march. So not only did I gain , I wasted money! Im aggrevated at myself and Im just not gonna get back in to that routine again. &lt;div&gt;Well its another week and I feel good. Sense I had my root canal I have been eating differently. I have been eating slower and not eating as much because I am getting full faster and I stop there.I don't like the feeling of being overly full. I am trying to eat every few hours like we are supose to and I have lost a lot this past week. I feel comlpetely satisfied I eat what ever I want. I just stop when I am satisfied. I did get to go to the gym a few times last week, I am also going this morning. I havn't talked to elaine today but My guess is she is recuperating (sp) from this past weekend at her mother-in-laws.I sure hope everyone is sticking to their goals and don't give up because I know you can do it!!!&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;I have a busy day today. My son is in cub scouts and today we are going hiking for 2 hours. Good thing I've been working out. I did get to go to the gym Tuesday for an hour. My husband went with me. He liked it so this week I am signing up for a family pass so he can go after work. I will still go during the day cause there are less men there and I feel more comfortable working out on the machines if there arn't any men exspecially the machines that work the legs. some of them remind me of the gyn office. But now I will be able to go late at night if he going with me.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; My tooth is better no more pain med. yeahh!!!  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Tonight our TOPS group ( weightloss support group) will not be meeting because the center where we meet will be closing at 5 today so I am going to stop at the gym and weigh on my way home from the cub scout thing. I have really lost a lot this week thanks to my tooth but that is a good thing. It has made me eat slower and I have been stoping when I start to feel full. I am trying to eat smaller meals all day long to keep my metablism up. I googled on boosting your metablism and learned alot of interesting thing. You need to try it. I also learned how to do workouts to help you lose more weight. (which I havn't done much of lately) But that is soon to change I realize I am going to have to make time for my workout no matter what cause I am not going back to where I was. That was the old me. and  I am working on the true me! &lt;div&gt; Well its another week another day. I di not get to go exercise last week and I want to this week but it is really busy. I am hoping to go tomorrow. I had a root canal friday and it is still swollen and sore. But it feels better than the tooth ache I had. I have weighed 255 for the last 3 days so I hope the loss will stay and not be like last time where I gained it all back. If it stays off that will be a 4 lbs loss sence last week but I can't count it til weigh in this Thursday. I think it has a lot to do with having to eat slower cause of my tooth. and you know it is very relaxing to have to eat slow and take small bites. Yesterday we ate mexican food and I could not even eat half of what I had. I brought the rest home. That felt good. Now if I can just keep it up. I just hope easter will be easy. I love chocolate! =)&lt;/div&gt;

I know its basball season and softball for us so its extreemly busy. I was sick thurs so I did not get to weigh in . I am taking my kid to the doctor today so maybe I wll weigh in there. Look at us now! Even the little bit we did lose made a difference but we are not through yet! Elaine lost 15.2 lbs and I lost 13,4 lbs that is a total lose of 28.8 lbs Well I think we are doing great! Even though we have been discouraged here lately, it still looks good to see that kind of  numbers on the board.We still have a long way to go but we will be GOING! We come too far to quit now. This has really been fun and we are going to keep up our website and keep losing to reach our long term goal weights. We will be winners no matter what! We hope everyone in the match-up stays in the game and reaches their goals. Maybe next year this time will be able to see everyone's progress.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Elaine's Blog 
&lt;p&gt;Well its the even know its the end of the million pound match-up &lt;img title=Sad style="vertical-align:middle" height=19 alt=Sad src="http://shared.live.com/HjKMzTS-xzcms40!CabizA/emoticons/smile_sad.gif" width=19&gt;we still have alot left to do in our journey! So far it has been a blast. The 15.2 pounds I lost has made such a difference, the exercise has made me so much stronger and I can do alot more then I used too. Those pants in that picture I could not get into in Dec when I was looking for something to wear to a Christmas party. I know its not gonna be easy but we will make our goal . Since the match-up I got to get my family a little more involved in getting healthier lets hope they stick with it. My partner Michelle has been a blast and this has even made us closer she is an awesome friend to have. I dont know how I got so lucky but glad I did. It seems that the breast cancer walk is going to be too much as far as how much we have to pay to enter but we will do something. I know when our reunion gets here we will look HOt! I do know that since this started I have done thing I never thought of exercise 5 days a week? lmao who would have thunk it!! Joined a gym? Sat in a line in the cold and rain just to try to get on the biggest loser? lol  I would be lying if I told ya I did not want to go the finale thats why we have been busy making sure our stuff is original made by us sigh that took work, but like michelle said we win either way. I finally got the new video to down load. I had been trying for almost a week. Well yesterday was another weigh in day. We did ok, we lost. Not as much as we wanted to but at least it was not a gain. Elaine gave us another goal to work to. She wants us to weigh in our 220's by July 7. That is our 20 yr class reunion. That way people will see us like we see ourselves. As two hot mamas! So you know me I said ok. I sure wish it was easy to take the weight off. But I guess we did not put it on over night so we can't expect it to come off that way.Some times I do think &amp;quot; Why do I have to struggle with my weight, other people don't have to do that&amp;quot;. Being over weight has stolen so much of my life. There is always a focus on food, either  it's trying to eat healthy or just eating what i want.It always has to be a focus. i just wish I did have to go through this.Ok OK   enough of that already. Well today is moving day for my mom-in-law. I will let you know how things go.=)&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:rgb(255,255,255)"&gt;Ok I just seen our video that is too funny I CANNOT BELIEVE i LET HER push me like a rag doll on that punching bag!!! Oh you better believe that wont happen again Ill kick her butt next time! She likes to do all these when im tired lol (ok sounded good to me!) This week weigh in I lost 1 1/4 pounds I was happy hardest thing with our weigh ins are there at night. Wish they were morning weigh ins. I did not get to work out but twice this week cause I had so much to catch up at home on. I did work there though. This all went down at the right time cause we will be having our 20 year reunion in July. Cant wait for that . Even know the challenge is almot over it has just begun for us.  I can say what I want but ya I havent been keeping my food journal and drinking enough water! Not gonna make any excuse of that but starting today I will be keeping it. I have a 10 year old daughter that has been doing all this with me also. She lost 1 pounds this week I was proud of her. Since november she has been able to keep her weight about 3 pounds less which is good if I can get her on the right track now she will be fine. She loves doing it and going to the meetings too. Having Michelle do this with me has been awesome we have had so much fun together and lose weight too. I could not ask for a better friend than her and she keeps me on my toes lol. &lt;div&gt; Well I made it over hump day. Tomorrow i will be going to Lake Charles to move my mother &amp;amp; sis-in-law to Texas with us. Just think I get to workout all day.=) loading boxes unloading boxes. I will be wearing my back brace. I was down in my back back in Nov. for moving a book case. I can't hurt my back now I have too much work to do to get rid of this weight. yesterday I did aerobics and today I will most likly do the chair exercises and then go to the gym. Tonight is weigh in. not sure if I am looking forward to that or not, being that I gained last week. Today is my 21 aniversery. But I wont be able to see my honey til after our meeting tonight =(  He will most likly be sleeping by the time I get in. BOOOHOOO!!! Me want to cry! Ok enough of the cry baby stuff back to business. Well i don't think I will make the chair exercises cause my son just missed the bus so now I have to take him to school and I got some bills to pay in town. it takes me 15 min. to get to town so I try to do everything I have to do while I am there to save gas. But thank GOD for the GYM!!!!!!&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Today was the first day I got to work out this week. Did good though hour of chair toning and 11/2 at the gym. Was a good day I even got my mother to come with me. She did good. I did talk to her tonight though and she said her knee hurt so not sure if she will make it back there with me we will see. We had a good workout and alot of fun but we always make it fun lol. There was a guy there that gave us alot of helpful info which was nice of him. Tomorrow michelle will be out of town and I  have still some to do at home but I will try to get some kind of work in. Maybe ill take my dog for a walk and my daughter and son can come they would love it. I was sore after the last weekend but was a great feeling to do what all I did. We will see at weigh in tonight how much the only 2 days of exersice cost me :(&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img
